On the 05th of September we will inaugurate the two man show with Vesod and Denial.
Vesod who has shown his work in various galleries across the globe (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Munich, Miami, Berlin...) has finally touched base with us back in his home town for his fist official show here.
Vesod was born in Turin in 1981 where he lives and works today. He was introduced to the art world by his father Dovilio Brero a surrealistic painter and has followed in his foot steps. For the last ten years Vesod has been discovering his unique and personal style where graffiti plays a central role. Along with influences from renaissance, futurism and precisely calculated detail Vesod's work gently falls right in to the category of graffuturism.
Denial is a Canadian stencil and mural artist whose work critiques consumerism and the human condition. Though based in Windsor Ontario, DENIAL spends much of the
year traveling and exhibiting throughout Canada and USA, having done solo shows in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Dubai, Sydney, Toronto and Vancouver.
In 2000 Daniel adopted the moniker 'DENIAL' as a means of poking fun at advertising, politics and media messages that contemporary society is often 'in denial' about. Since then he has maintained an ongoing global street-campaign of over 500, 000 stickers, placards and murals, using the alpha-numeric characters 'D3N!@L'. Intended as a conceptual means of marketing absurdism, DENIAL also challenges traditional notions of graffiti and public art through his bold and often satirical visual subversion's.
