Galo is an artist originally from Italy. He started his art career in a professional way when he moved to Amsterdam in 1998. The Amsterdam underground art scene soon opened its doors for Galo and this where he developed his skills to paint on every surface imaginable and at every party, concert, and event he found himself near to with a marker or spray can. His art took him on a journey for more than ten years and to four continents where he met his friends, colleagues and partners in crime. Galo’s work is never planned or sketched and you’ll never see the same line twice. Now Galo is living back in Italy and continues to plan shows around the globe and paint as much as possible with a new goal to open an art gallery in Turin, It. in 2010.
